We guarantee fit on every pant we make.

We cut a custom pant pattern just for you, because we want your pants to fit perfectly. Our Fit Guarantee promises that if you aren't satisfied with the fit of your pants, we'll alter your pair to make things right within 365 days of purchase. Shop worry-free, because we've got you.

Your first few wears

Some say their pants feel snug at first. Remember, they're fresh off a sewing machine in Mississippi, so the fibers haven't loosened up just yet. Wearing them a few times should start to break them in like a baseball glove, but if you'd like to make changes to your fit after several wears, we'll make adjustments so you're completely satisfied with your new pants. 

Alterations

We offer complimentary alterations for 365 days from the date of shipping. 

If a product requires alterations outside of the 365-day window, 
or is deemed unalterable due to excessive wear, Blue Delta 
may provide a replacement at a discounted rate.
 
Unfortunately, we cannot offer alterations for pants or belts that…

•  No longer fit due to changes in weight
•  Have shrunk or been damaged
•  Have been improperly used or cared for

Return & Fit Guarantee Policy

At Blue Delta, our policy depends on the type of product purchased. Because many of our products are made to order, custom items are covered by a fit guarantee rather than a traditional return policy.

 

Custom Pants

Blue Delta custom pants are made to order using your individual measurements and are final sale. Custom pants are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Custom pants are covered by our 365-Day Fit Guarantee, beginning on the delivery date. If you need help with the fit during that period, please contact us to submit a fit guarantee request. The Fit Guarantee applies to fit-related service only and does not include a refund, store credit, or exchange.

 

Custom Belts

Blue Delta custom belts are made to order using your individual measurements and are final sale. Custom belts are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Custom belts are covered by our 60-Day Fit Guarantee, beginning on the delivery date. If you need help with the fit during that period, please contact us to submit a fit guarantee request. The Fit Guarantee applies to fit-related service only and does not include a refund, store credit, or exchange.

 

Hats, Jackets & Other Non-Custom Items

Hats, jackets, and other non-custom items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

  • unused, unworn, and in original condition;
  • free of damage, odors, stains, alterations, or other signs of wear; and
  • returned with all original tags attached.

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned item is received and inspected.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or credit.

 

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Blue Delta within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue and work to make it right.

 

How to Start a Return or Fit Guarantee Request

To request a return for an eligible non-custom item or to begin a fit guarantee request for a custom item, visit our Return Portal

Blue Delta reserves the right to refuse any return or fit guarantee claim that does not meet the conditions above.

Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all Blue Delta Jeans orders.

 

Shipping Transit Time Once your order leaves our workshop, shipping transit time is generally 2-3 business days.

 

Processing & Handling Time Because we offer both ready-to-wear and bespoke made-to-order goods, processing times vary by product type:

  • Ready-to-Ship Items (Jackets, Hats, & Accessories): These products are in stock and generally ship immediately.
  • Made-to-Order Items (Custom Pants & Belts): These items are handcrafted specifically for you. Please allow 14-21 days for manufacturing and handling prior to shipping.

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Transit Time.
