At Blue Delta, our policy depends on the type of product purchased. Because many of our products are made to order, custom items are covered by a fit guarantee rather than a traditional return policy.
Custom Pants
Blue Delta custom pants are made to order using your individual measurements and are final sale. Custom pants are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Custom pants are covered by our 365-Day Fit Guarantee, beginning on the delivery date. If you need help with the fit during that period, please contact us to submit a fit guarantee request. The Fit Guarantee applies to fit-related service only and does not include a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Custom Belts
Blue Delta custom belts are made to order using your individual measurements and are final sale. Custom belts are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Custom belts are covered by our 60-Day Fit Guarantee, beginning on the delivery date. If you need help with the fit during that period, please contact us to submit a fit guarantee request. The Fit Guarantee applies to fit-related service only and does not include a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Hats, Jackets & Other Non-Custom Items
Hats, jackets, and other non-custom items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:
- unused, unworn, and in original condition;
- free of damage, odors, stains, alterations, or other signs of wear; and
- returned with all original tags attached.
Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned item is received and inspected.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or credit.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Blue Delta within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue and work to make it right.
