Josh West

Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer

When asked why he co-created Blue Delta, Josh simply replies, ā€œTo make custom jeans that fit.ā€ While it might seem understated, Joshā€™s ability to focus on what matters has been a driving force throughout Blue Deltaā€™s journey. His unwavering commitment to handmade, bespoke jeans has helped us scale and perfect the process without sacrificing quality. Ever. When heā€™s not talking jeans, you can find him with his wife and children in Tupelo. You might even find him keeping time behind a drum set.

Nick Weaver

Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer

Nick is at the heart of the Blue Delta brand. No matter where he is, thereā€™s ā€Øa good chance heā€™s got some old friends nearby, and heā€™s probably making new friends, too. Nickā€™s motor knows no stopping, whether that means launching a new line of products or carefully measuring ā€Øhigh-profile athletes, musicians and celebrities for their custom Blue Deltas. Originally from the Delta, ā€ØNick now lives outside of Tupelo ā€Øwith his wife and three children.

Though it might be easier or cheaper to make pants elsewhere, Mississippi is home. Blue Delta employs 70+ local artisans, seamstresses, and people who are near and dear to us. From the time you purchase your pants until they leave our factory, each pair will go through sixteen unique steps, each one masterfully performed by a proud Blue Delta employee.
