A weekend bag that gets better every trip it takes. The Waxed Canvas Duffle is cut from 13.5 oz wet-waxed canvas, a tightly woven cotton duck that shrugs off weather and wears in where you carry it. Every crease and scuff settles into a patina, so after a few years on the road no two duffles look alike. At 22 x 14 x 12 inches it holds a long weekend of clothes and shoes, with a zippered front pocket and a slip pocket on the end for the things you reach for first. Carry it by the webbing handles, or clip on the webbing shoulder strap when your hands are full. Each duffle is cut and sewn in our Tupelo, Mississippi factory and finished with our leather logo patch.
The bag you'll carry every day. The Waxed Canvas Tote is cut from 13.5 oz wet-waxed canvas, a dense cotton duck that holds its shape, wipes clean and wears in where you carry it. The handles and edges soften and lighten first, so the longer it's yours, the more it looks like yours. At 14 x 8 x 12 inches, with an 8 inch gusset, it holds a 13-inch laptop, a sweater and the rest of your day, with a slip pocket on the front for your phone and keys. Webbing handles and our leather logo patch finish it. Each tote is cut and sewn in our Tupelo, Mississippi factory.
Waxed cloth started at sea, where sailors treated their sails to keep out rain and spray, and it went on to outfit the people who worked outdoors for a living. Ours is a 13.5 oz wet-waxed cotton duck, the same family of cloth as our Rancher jacket and Field Coat, with the wax carried through the weave. It starts with real structure and a soft sheen, then softens and lightens where the bag bends and gets handled, so the handles, corners and pocket edges slowly take on your history with it.
Every Waxed Canvas Duffle is made to order. Once you place yours, our team in Tupelo, Mississippi, cuts it from 13.5 oz wet-waxed canvas, the same family of cloth as our Rancher jacket and Field Coat, and sews it with the same care that goes into our bespoke jeans. The handles and shoulder strap are webbing, built for a bag packed full, and the strap clips on with antique brass hardware. It's finished with our leather logo patch and ships in about four weeks.
Let mud and dirt dry, then brush them off. Spot clean with a damp cloth and cold water; no soap, no machine washing, no dry cleaning. Creases and scuffs are part of the character, and a little warmth from a hair dryer on low, kept moving, softens them back into the cloth. When the canvas starts to look dry or stops shedding water, a fresh coat of fabric wax brings it back.
Made to order: ships in about 4 weeks.
If something isn't right with your bag, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days. Items must be unused and in restockable condition.
This is the same 13.5 oz wet-waxed canvas as our duffle, from the same family of cloth as our Rancher jacket and Field Coat: a cotton duck with the wax carried through the weave. It holds its shape empty, carries real weight full, and lightens at the handles and edges the more it's used, until the tote looks like it has always been yours.

We cut it from 13.5 oz wet-waxed canvas, the same family of cloth as our Rancher jacket and Field Coat, stitch the webbing handles to the body to carry real weight, and finish it with our leather logo patch. Waxed-canvasA 13.5 oz cotton duck with the wax worked all the way through the weave. It starts with a rich, slightly waxy hand and a soft sheen, sheds weather, and builds a patina where you use it. It's the same family of cloth as our Waxed Canvas Rancher Jacket and Field Coat.
It's water-resistant, not waterproof. The wax shrugs off a passing shower and road spray, but the bag isn't made to sit out in a downpour or in standing water.
That's the point of waxed canvas. It creases, lightens and softens where it bends and gets handled: first at the handles, then at the corners and pocket edges. After a few years on the road, no two bags look alike. If a crease is sharper than you'd like, a little warmth from a hair dryer on low, kept moving, softens it back into the cloth.
The Duffle is 22 x 14 x 12 inches, a full 12 inches deep, so it holds a long weekend of clothes and shoes plus a jacket. The Tote is 14 x 8 x 12 inches with an 8 inch gusset: room for a 13-inch laptop, a sweater and the rest of your day.
The Duffle carries by its webbing handles, or by a webbing shoulder strap that clips on with antique brass hardware. It has a zippered front pocket and a slip pocket on the end for the things you reach for first. The Tote's webbing handles are stitched to the body to carry real weight, and a front slip pocket keeps your phone and keys where you can find them.
Each colorway has its own webbing and leather patch. Tan has tan webbing and a Gold Brown patch, and shows its patina most. Navy has tan webbing and a Rich Brown patch; the contrast keeps the deep navy sharp. Green is tonal, with green webbing and a Chestnut patch. Black is all black, webbing and patch included.
Let mud and dirt dry, then brush them off. Spot clean with a damp cloth and cold water: no soap, no machine washing, no dry cleaning. When the canvas starts to look dry or stops shedding water, a fresh coat of fabric wax brings it back.

No. There's nothing to measure and nothing to guess, which makes a bag the easiest Blue Delta to give.
